Walker, Marjorie Lucille  

Marjorie Lucille Walker, 86, died Wednesday, Dec. 25, 2002, in Duncan 
Regional Hospital. 

Graveside service will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday in Duncan Cemetery with the 
Rev. Jimmy Green officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of 
Bailes-Polk Funeral Home. 

She was born Dec. 26, 1915, in Erick, to Arvle and Elzora Crosby Floyd. 

She married Jake L. Walker, M.D., on Nov. 12, 1947, in Oklahoma City, and 
resided there until moving to Duncan in 1950. 

Mrs. Walker assisted her husband in his surgical practice until their 
retirement in 1965. 

Survivors include longtime friend Gladys Davis, of the home; and several 
nieces, nephews and cousins. 

She was preceded in death by her husband on Dec. 12, 1992; her parents; 
and two brothers.
