Funeral service will be held Wednesday, May 7, 10:00 a.m., at Mish Funeral Home. Graveside service will immediately follow at Greenlawn Cemetery, 3700 River Blvd. Fred was born in Comanche, Oklahoma, to parents, Huey and Nancy Williams. He resided in Kern County since 1995. He proudly served in the United States Army and was a veteran of World War II. Fred was a pattern maker for the aircraft industry working for Boeing for many years. His family and friends will never forget him and our vacations and get-togethers will never be the same.
