Evelyn Adams

GUYMON, Okla. - Evelyn Adams, 75, died Thursday, Dec. 11, 1997.

Memorial services were Saturday. Burial was in Elmhurst Cemetery by 
Henson-Novak Funeral Directors.

Mrs. Adams was born in Perkins. She married Donald E. Adams in 1945 at
Cambridge, Mass. In 1953, they made their home in Guymon, where they
established Adam's Hardfacing. Mr. Adams died in 1987.

Mrs. Adams was a member of Victory Memorial United Methodist Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Joellyn Rich of Los Angeles; a son, 
Larry Don Adams of Springfield, Mo.; nine grandchildren; and a 
great-grandson.

An Evelyn Adams memorial has been established for the American Cancer
Society. Memorials will be accepted at Henson-Novak Funeral Home, Box
1306, Guymon, Okla. 73942.
