All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== Lillian Beatrice Bledsoe GUYMON, Okla. - Lillian Beatrice Bledsoe, 92, died Wednesday, Jan. 6, 1999. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Foursquare Church with the Rev. Alvin Clark officiating. Burial will be in Elmhurst Cemetery by Henson- Novak Funeral Directors of Guymon. Mrs. Bledsoe was born north of Guymon. A lifelong Guymon resident, she graduated from Guymon High School in 1926 and then attended college at Panhandle A&M College in Goodwell. She taught at the Eula School and was a longtime member of Foursquare Church. She married John S. Bledsoe in 1927. He died in 1966. Survivors include a daughter, Lo Ree Foreman of Dumas, Texas; three sons, Norman Bledsoe and Darrell Bledsoe, both of Guymon, and Bill Bledsoe of Holcomb, Kan.; a sister, Ruth Bohanan of Guymon; 17 grandchildren; 31 greatgrandchildren; and seven great-greatgrandchildren. A Lillian Bledsoe Memorial has been established for the Foursquare Church. Memorials will be accepted at the church office or Henson-Novak Funeral Directors, P.O. Box 1306, Guymon, OK 73942.
