Herman Duane Balenseifen



Herman Duane Balenseifen, 68, died Saturday, March 23, 2002, in

Amarillo, Texas.



Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Bunch-Roberts Funeral Home

Chapel with Don McElroy of Canadian, Texas, officiating. Burial will be in

Elmhurst Cemetery.



Mr. Balenseifen was a veteran of the Korean conflict, serving in the Marines.

He moved to Guymon from Dalhart, Texas, in 1991.



Survivors include his wife, Clela; two sons, Darrell Balenseifen of Yukon and

Brett Balenseifen of Kim, Colo.; five stepchildren; two grandchildren; 10

stepgrandchildren; a brother, Howard Balenseifen of Keyes; and a sister,

Mayme McElroy of Canadian.



The family suggests memorials be for family use. Memorials can be sent to the

funeral home, P.O. Box 1112, Guymon, OK 73942.
