Ralph C. Bowington

MULESHOE - Ralph C. Bowington, 92, died Sunday, April 27, 1997.

Cremation services are by Ellis Funeral Home.

Mr. Bowington was born in Texhoma, Okla. He had lived in Muleshoe since 
1983, moving from Jal, N.M. He retired as a heavy equipment operator for 
El Paso Natural Gas Co.

He married Thelma Dell Massey in 1931 at Carlsbad, N.M. She died in 1991.

Survivors include five daughters, Ann Weeks of Bullard, Jolene Swanner and 
Beverly Myatt, both of Lubbock, Bernice Best of Austin and Shirley 
Wessenberg of Sherman Oak, Calif.; 16 grandchildren; 12 great-
grandchildren; and two greatgreat-grandchildren.
