::Texhoma Cemetery--Texhoma OK

Vada Bell Lee Burks

TEXHOMA, Okla. - Vada Bell Lee Burks, 97, died Wednesday, Sept. 10, 
2003, in Guymon.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today in Texhoma Cemetery with 
the Rev. Tomisene Ingram officiating. Arrangements are by Dawson-
Welch Funeral Home.

Mrs. Burks was born March 6, 1906, in West Plains, Mo. She married 
Oscar Burks on April 14, 1947, in Richman, Calif.

Survivors include three cousins, Helen Doolin, Virgi Bibb and Irene 
Walker, all of California; and many friends.

The family suggests memorials be to Texhoma Methodist Church or 
Texhoma Cemetery.
