::Elmhurst Cemetery--Guymon OK

Fern Elaine Barthel

GUYMON, Okla. - Fern Elaine Barthel, 56, died Wednesday, Sept. 17, 
2003, in Amarillo, Texas.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Bunch-Roberts Funeral Home 
Chapel with the Rev. Floyd Daharsh, pastor of St. Stephen's Episcopal 
Church, officiating. Burial will be in Elmhurst Cemetery.

Mrs. Barthel was employed with GTE in Guymon and San Angelo, Texas, 
retiring on June 1, after 27 years. She was married to Martin Ray 
Barthel.

Survivors include her mother, Mildred Pafford of Guymon; three 
children, Jennifer Barthel and Heather Barthel, both of Guymon, and 
Todd Barthel of San Angelo; four grandchildren; and a brother, George 
Pafford of Livingston, Texas.

The family suggests memorials be to a favorite charity and may be 
sent to the funeral home, P. O. Box 1112, Guymon, OK 73942.
