Services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday in First Christian Church with Mike Dumler and Brian Ingalls, associate pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Texhoma Cemetery by Dawson-Welch Funeral Home. Mr. Cooper was born in Boise City. He was raised in Texhoma and graduated from Texhoma High School in 1995. During high school he was active in track. Following high school he attended Liberal Vocational Technical School in Liberal, Kan. He studied to become a machinist. After finishing school he worked in Texhoma. He and his father also were caretakers of Texhoma Cemetery. Survivors include his parents, Bill and Wynona Cooper of Texhoma; and a sister, Bridget Branham of Stratford.
