Carter Albert Lee Carter, 87, of Marysville died Nov. 23, 2006, at Prestige Assisted Living in Marysville. Born in Hardesty, Okla., he was a Yuba-Sutter resident for 24 years. Retired, he was a member of Gideons and the First United Methodist Church in Yuba City. He served in the U.S. Army Air Corps. Survivors include his wife, Mary Ann Carter of Marysville; three daughters, Kathleen Carter Morrison of Yuba City and Christina Carter-Winslow and Patricia Ann Shaw, both of Olympia, Wash.; a son, Michel Bert Carter of Redman, Wash.; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Donations may be made to Gideons International. Services: A memorial service is scheduled at 11 a.m. Monday at Church of the Nazarene, 600 N. George Washington Blvd., Yuba City.
