Elmhurst Cemetery--Elmhurst OK

Richard Dale "Rick" Eggers

GUYMON, Okla. - Richard Dale "Rick" Eggers, 42, died Saturday, Feb. 9, 2002.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Living Word Fellowship with Leon Lothman, 
pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Elmhurst Cemetery by Bunch-Roberts Funeral 
Home.

Mr. Eggers was employed with Cheyenne Drilling Co. He was well known as a circle 
track race car driver and winner of numerous demolition derbies.

Survivors include his wife, Janie; his two children, Jamie Eggers and Darrell 
Eggers, both of Guymon; his father, Vernon Eggers of Guymon; his mother, Pat 
Pitts of Garden City, Kan.; two brothers, Ron Eggers of Turpin and Randy Eggers 
of Hooker; a stepbrother, Sammie Hagelberg of Denver; two sisters, Verla Marie 
Eggers and Karen Moore, both of Guymon; and a half-sister, Linda Michelle Eggers 
of Guymon.
