Doris Marie Hegwood Fick

BOISE CITY, Okla. - Doris Marie Hegwood Fick, 76, died Friday, Sept. 3, 
1999.

Services will be at 2 p.m. today in Cimarron Mortuary Chapel. Burial will 
be in Boise City Cemetery.

Mrs. Fick was born in Bridgeton, N.J., and graduated from Bridgeton High 
School in 1941. She married Lester Hegwood in 1945 at Elkton, Md., and 
they moved to the family farm at Boise City. He died in 1992. She was also 
preceded in death by a son, Jason Hegwood.

She married Carl Fick in 1996 at Texhoma and they moved to Goodwell. He 
died in 1998.


Survivors include three sons, Gary Hegwood of Cortez, Colo., Spencer 
Hegwood of Springfield, Colo., and Wesley Hegwood of Goodwell; a brother, 
Ed Perry of Northfield, N.J.; 16 grandchildren; and three great-
grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be to a favorite charity and may be left in 
care of the funeral home.
