Fields GUYMON, Okla. - Sam E. Fields, 85, died Thursday, May 15, 1997, in Amarillo. Family graveside services will be today in Elmhurst Cemetery with the Rev. Odie Nunley officiating. Arrangements are by Bunch-Roberts Funeral Home. Mr. Fields was born in Glasgow, Mo., and moved to Guymon in 1929. He was a Navy veteran of World War II. He married Cleone M. Forman in 1948 at Raton, N.M. He was an electrician and owned and operated Fields Electric for more than 30 years before retiring in 1985. He was a member of First Baptist Church, Guymon Veterans of Foreign Wars and Guymon Masonic Lodge. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Elizabeth Bonner Fields, and an infant daughter. Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Jacque Flynt of Amarillo and Roxanne King of Gallatin, Mo.; six grandchildren; and three great- grandchildren. The family requests memorials be to a favorite charity. Memorials will be accepted at Bunch-Roberts Funeral Home, P.O.
