Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in First Baptist Church with the Rev. Jimmy Don Gibson and Eddy Scoggins officiating. Burial will be in Hooker Cemetery by Roberts Brothers Funeral Home. Mrs. Humble was born in Old Hansford, now called Spearman, and attended Neff School. She later graduated from Liberal High School in Liberal, Kan., and worked as a hairdresser after attending beauty school in Wichita Falls, Texas. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Hooker. She married John Fred Humble in 1928. He died in 1982. She was also preceded in death by two daughters, Donna Schwieger and Madgealeen Burgess, and a grandson, Mike Thurman. Survivors include two sons, John M. Humble and Frank L. Humble, both of Hooker; four brothers, Herbert Parsons of Falls Church, Va., Earnest Parsons of Citrus Heights, Calif., Jeff Parsons of Klamath Falls, Ore., and Travers Parsons of Wanette; seven grandchildren; 17 greatgrandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
