Michael James Honeman

HOOKER, Okla. - Michael James Honeman, 26, died Sunday, June 1, 1997.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in United Methodist Church with David 
Cook, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Hooker Cemetery by Roberts 
Brothers Funeral Home.

Mr. Honeman was born in Liberal, Kan. He grew up in Hooker and graduated 
with the Class of 1989. While attending school he was a member of FFA and 
contributed to the FFA Auction. He played basketball, baseball and golf.

He attended one year of college and married Arica Moore in 1990.

Mr. Honeman farmed and ranched. He was a new member of United Methodist 
Church.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Tyler of the home; parents, Jim and 
Mary Ann Honeman of Hooker; a brother, Troy Honeman of Oklahoma City; a 
sister, Lori Wares of Liberal; and grandparents, Estella Schaapveld, and 
Edward and Velda Honeman, all of Hooker; 

The family suggests memorials be to the Tyler Honeman Education Fund c/o 
Roberts Brothers Funeral Home, Box 745, Hooker, Okla. 73945.
