Trevor Keith

OPTIMA, Okla. - Trevor Keith, 18 month-old son of Anthony and Cheri Keith, 
died Thursday, Aug. 14, 1997.

Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Peter's Catholic Church 
in Guymon with the Rev. Church Murphy officiating. Burial will be in 
Elmhurst Cemetery by Bunch-Roberts Funeral Home of Guymon.

Trevor was born on Jan. 1, 1996, at Amarillo.

Survivors include his parents; a brother, Jeffery Keith and a sister, 
Kathryn Keith, both of the home; grandparents, Curtis and Patti Raines of 
Guymon and Calvin and Barbara Keith of Optima; great-grandparents, Jean 
Patterson of Fritch, Texas, Danny and Virginia Miller of Keyes, Nancy 
Keith of Guymon, and Raymond and Bufford Daughtery of Hooker.

The family requests memorials be to the family in care of Bunch-Roberts 
Funeral Home, P.O. Box 1112, Guymon, Okla. 73942.
