Services will be at 2 p.m. MST Tuesday in First Baptist Church at Springfield, Colo., with the Rev. Max Bowlin, pastor, officiating. Burial will be at Springfield Cemetery in Springfield, Colo. Arrangements are by Holley Funeral Home Inc. of Canyon. Mr. Lewis was born in Guymon, Okla. He grew up in Hough Community in Oklahoma and attended Morning Star School near Guymon. He was a Navy veteran, serving in World War II. After his service with the Navy, he farmed in the Guymon area. He married Greta Lasley in 1974 at Springfield, Colo. They have lived in Amarillo since 1990. Survivors include his wife; a stepdaughter, Mildred Duke of Wellington; five stepsons, Claude Crawford of Dumas, Norman Crawford, Iman Crawford and Billy Crawford, all of Amarillo, and Mickey Crawford of Canyon; a brother, Earl Lewis of Beaver, Okla.; four sisters, Bulah Laird of Tulsa, Okla., Ethel Carlson of Clifton, Kan., Betty Rasson of Klamath Falls, Ore., and Anne Doebbeling of Ness City, Kan.; 18 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
