Lewis Ledbetter

GUYMON, Okla. - Lewis Ledbetter, 65, died Wednesday, July 16, 1997, in 
Amarillo.

Services will be at 10 a.m. today in Bunch-Roberts Funeral Home Chapel 
with the Rev. Dereck Cox, pastor of Boise City First Baptist Church, 

officiating. Burial will be in Elmhurst Cemetery.
Mr. Ledbetter was born in Neosho, Mo. He graduated from Stilwell High 
School at Stilwell.

He married Shirley Adair in 1952 at Lincoln, Ark. They moved to Guymon in 
1961 from Hobbs, N.M. He worked with Beredco Drilling Co. in the oil field 
for 41 years.

Mr. Ledbetter was a member of Trinity Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife; three children, Gary Ledbetter and Linda 
Scott, both of Guymon, and Tim Ledbetter of Liberal, Kan.; two sisters, 
Elva Parsons of Oklahoma City and Betty Gist of Dalhart, Texas; a brother, 
David Ledbetter of Neosho; seven grandchildren; and a greatgrandson.
