Loewen, Frank W. 1915 - 2004

Frank W. Loewen, 89, a retired U.S. Army chief warrant officer, died 
Saturday, Dec. 11, 2004, in Mineral Wells.

Funeral: 9 a.m. Wednesday in Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Chapel. Burial: 
Woodland Park Cemetery.

Mr. Loewen was born Feb. 27, 1915, in Hooker, Okla., the son of Jacob W. 
and Katherine Mattiese Loewen. He had lived in Mineral Wells for many 
years.

Survivors: His stepdaughter, Martha Park Casey of Austin; and other 
relatives.
