Billy Joe Muse

GUYMON, Okla. - Billy Joe Muse, 72, died Wednesday, Sept. 29, 1999. 

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in the Guymon Church of Christ with 
Gerald Stewart and Harvey Dean Whaley Jr. officiating. Burial will be in 
Elmhurst Cemetery by Bunch-Roberts Funeral Home. 

Mr. Muse was born in Floydada, Texas. He married Imo Ree Smothermon in 
1945 at Plainview, Texas. They moved to Guymon in 1983 from Arvada, Colo.

After retiring from farming in 1971, he drove a truck for Monfort of 
Colorado, retiring in 1983. He also was a bus driver for the Guymon public 
school system for several years. He was a member of the Guymon Church of 
Christ and the Guymon Lions Club.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Joe Muse of Guymon; a daughter, Debbie 
Muse of Guymon; three granddaughters; and four great-grandchildren. 

The family requests memorials be to the Ronald McDonald House of Amarillo 
c/o Bunch-Roberts Funeral Home, P.O. Box 1112, Guymon, OK 73942.
