Pierce, Martha Josephene 

TEXHOMA, Okla. - Martha Josephene Pierce, 82, died Monday, Aug. 16, 2004, 
in Guymon.

Services will be at 3 p.m. today in Texhoma First Baptist Church with the 
Rev. David White officiating. Burial will be in Texhoma Cemetery by 
Dawson-Welch Funeral Home.

Mrs. Pierce married Ivan Leo Pierce in Arkansas City, Kan., on May 22, 
1944. She was a member of Texhoma Baptist Church since 1965.

Survivors include three sons, Phil Lee Pierce of Idabel, Mark Lynn Pierce 
of Waverly, Tenn., and James Ralph Pierce of Hooker; six grandchildren; 
and five great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be to Texhoma Cemetery and may be dropped 
off at the funeral home at 715 W. Main or mailed to P.O. Box 445, Texhoma, 
OK 73949.
