Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Elmhurst Cemetery with the Rev. Tom Hugghins, music minister of First Baptist Church, officiating. Arrangements are by Henson-Novak Funeral Directors. Mr. Parsley was born in Waldo, Ark. He moved to Guymon from St. Louis in 1955. He was a World War II veteran having served in the Coast Guard from 1941 until 1945. Mr. Parsley was employed as a sales representative for Nall Tire Co. prior to employment by Adams Hardfacing for more than 11 years. He retired in 1976. He was a member of First Baptist Church and the Guymon Lodge, No. 335 AF&AM. He married Rita Davidson in 1945 at Seattle. She died in 1988.
