All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::Elmhurst Cemetery--Guymon OK Geneva Lorraine Reeder GUYMON, Okla. - Geneva Lorraine "Jean" Reeder, 72, died Tuesday, Dec. 21, 1999. Graveside services will be at 1:30 p.m. today in Elmhurst Cemetery. Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. today in First Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Jim Jacobson, pastor, officiating. Arrangements are by Henson-Novak Funeral Directors. Mrs. Reeder was born in Olmitz, Kan., and raised in Great Bend, Kan., where she graduated from high school. She married Richard Curtis Reeder in 1945 and they moved to Guymon. She had been involved with the Texas County Hospital Auxiliary for the past 25 years and also helped in the Hospital Canteen and Red Cross blood drives. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star 419, the Rose Garden Club and First Presbyterian Church. Survivors include two sons, Michael Reeder of Santa Rosa, Calif., and Max Reeder of Guymon; two sisters, Virginia Weeks of Hoisington, Kan., and Janet Thompson of Tulsa, Okla.; a brother, Dick Campbell of Hoisington; two grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. A Jean Reeder Memorial has been established for the First Presbyterian Church and will be accepted at the church office or at Henson-Novak Funeral Directors, P.O. Box 1306, Guymon, OK 73942.
