Obit for Almer D. Swisher

Almer D. Swisher

GUYMON, Okla. - Almer D. Swisher, 79, died Sunday, May 12, 2002.

Graveside services with military rites were at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Elmhurst
Cemetery with the Rev. Jim Wiggin officiating. Arrangements were by
Bunch-Roberts Funeral Home.


Mr. Swisher served with the Army during World War II. He worked as a chef
in many restaurants across the United States.

Survivors include two sisters, Margarette Clark and Laverna Browning; a
brother, Everette Swisher; a son, Kenny Swisher; a daughter, Nancy Kay
Swisher; and two grandchildren.
