Olof Earl "Swede" Swenson



GUYMON, Okla. - Olof Earl "Swede" Swenson, 79, died Monday, March

25, 2002.



Services will be at 2 p.m. today in Bunch-Roberts Funeral Home Chapel with

the Rev. Odie Nunley officiating. Burial will be in Elmhurst Cemetery.



Mr. Swenson was a Navy veteran of World War II. He was a substation

electrician with Southwestern Public Service for 35 years, retiring in 1984.



Survivors include his wife, Edith; two daughters, Kaye Barrett of Guymon and

Mary Ann Silas of Augusta, Ga.; three stepchildren, Connie Lowery of Dallas,

and Steve Cullop and Joe Cullop, both of Guymon; two grandchildren; four

stepgrandchildren; and two sisters, Mildred Medearis of Indianapolis and Mary

Adell Hill of Colombia, Md.



The family suggests memorials be to No Man's Land Senior Citizens and will

be accepted at the funeral home, P.O. Box 1112 Guymon, OK 73942.
