::Floral Haven Cemetery--Broken Arrow OK

Elizabeth Teel

GUYMON, Okla. - Elizabeth Teel, 87, died Friday, Oct. 29, 1999.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Floral Haven Cemetery in 
Tulsa with the Rev. Warren C. Hultgren officiating. Arrangements are by 
Henson-Novak Funeral Directors of Guymon.

Mrs. Teel was born in Pawnee. After graduating from Tahlequah High School, 
she attended Draughon's Business College and Northeastern Oklahoma 
College. She retired from the Bank of Oklahoma after 27 years in banking.

Mrs. Teel was a member of Epworth Methodist Church in Tulsa. In 1982, she 
moved to Guymon.

She married J. Sterling Teel in 1934 at Tahlequah. He died in 1973.

Survivors include a daughter, Nancy Howard of Guymon; two grandchildren; 
and two great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 1 until 3 p.m. Sunday at Henson-Novak 
Funeral Directors of Guymon.

The family suggest memorials be to the Elizabeth Teel Memorial for the 
Hansford County Hospice and the Victory Memorial United Methodist Church 
Bus Fund. Memorials will be accepted at the funeral home.
