Opal Clarissa Thrasher

TEXHOMA, Okla. - Opal Clarissa Thrasher, 80, died Saturday, June 12, 1999. 

Services will be at 10 a.m. today in James Church of God with the Rev. 
Donnie Callaway, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Texhoma Cemetery 
by Bunch-Roberts Funeral Home of Guymon. 

Mrs. Thrasher was born in Ozark, Mo., and moved to the Keyes-Texhoma area 
in 1949 from Havensville, Kan. She was a homemaker and a member of James 
Church of God and the Busy Matrons Home Demonstration Club. 

She married Luther Thrasher in 1950 at Clayton, N. M. He died in 1997.

Survivors include a son, Harold Savage of Topeka, Kan.; two daughters, 
Shirley Randel of Topeka, and Rosalie Ingram of Texhoma, Texas; 11 
grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-
grandchildren. 

The family requests memorials be to the Texhoma Meals on Wheels c/o Bunch-
Roberts Funeral Home, P.O. Box 1112, Guymon, OK 73942.
