John Michael Vincent

STRATFORD - John Michael "Mike" Vincent, 49, died Sunday, June 27, 1999.

Graveside services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in Stratford Cemetery 
with Mike Talley, minister of Church of Christ, officiating. Arrangements 
are by Morrison Funeral Directors.

Mr. Vincent was born in Guymon, Okla., and graduated from high school in 
Stratford, where he lived for most of his life. He graduated from West 
Texas State University and was a farmer and rancher. He was a member of 
the Church of Christ, the AAAI and the Stratford Lions Club, where he 
served as past president. Since 1980, he was the owner/operator of Vincent 
Insurance Agency.

He married Patti Starnes in 1971 at Stratford.

Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Amie Davis of Amarillo; two sons, 
Connor Vincent and Clint Vincent, both of Stratford; his father, Walter 
Vincent of Stratford; and two brothers, David Vincent and Matt Vincent, 
both of Stratford.

The family will be at 1208 Putman in Stratford and suggests memorials be 
to Stratford Area Foundation; or Westview Boys Home, Hollis, OK 73550.
