Bertha Lavoy Weaver

GUYMON, Okla. - Bertha Lavoy Weaver, 61, died Sunday, July 26, 1998.

Services will be at 10 a.m. today in Tabernacle Baptist Church with the 
Rev. Van Winkle officiating. Burial will be in Elmhurst Cemetery by Bunch-
Roberts Funeral Home.

Mrs. Weaver was born in Clovis, N.M. She graduated from Guymon High School 
in 1955.

She married Robert E. Weaver in 1971 at Chapel Hill, N.C. They moved to 
Guymon in 1974 from Woodward. She had worked as an office manager for the 
Guymon Daily Herald since 1974 and was a member of Tabernacle Baptist 
Church.

Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Lyn Dell Parker of Turpin 
and Cindy Diane Weaver of the home; a sister, Tomie Delle Drennan of 
McKinney, Texas; four brothers, Pryer C. Smith Jr. of Englewood, Colo., 
Monte Smith of Canton, Lyman Smith of Nevada, Texas, and Lenny Smith of 
Guymon; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

The family requests memorials be to the American Cancer Society or the 
American Heart Association c/o BunchRoberts Funeral Home, P.O. Box 1112, 
Guymon, Okla. 73942.
