Mrs. Dugan died Sunday, May 11, 2003, in Frederick. ========= Lawton Consitituion 13 May 2003 Wanda Lee Dugan FREDERICK — Funeral for Wanda Lee Dugan, 52, Frederick, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Jackson Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jimmy Chandler officiating. Mrs. Dugan died Sunday, May 11, 2003, in Frederick. Burial will be at Frederick Memorial Cemetery. She was born May 26, 1950, in Ravia to Fate C. and Audie Ellen Love Copeland. She attended school in Frederick. She married James Lynn Davis on Feb. 17, 1967, in Wichita Falls, Texas. He died Jan. 29, 1988. She lived in Wichita Falls for more than 25 years, then moved to Frederick. She was a certified medication aide employed by Frederick Nursing Center since 1992. She married Dale Dugan on June 7, 1996, in Frederick. She was a member of Frederick Lighthouse Chapel. Survivors include her husband, of the home; a son, Franklin D. Davis, Seminole; a daughter and son-in-law, Melissa Faye and Jerry Ferris, Electra, Texas; two stepchildren: Dale Dugan, North Carolina; and Darla Dugan, Oklahoma City; three brothers and sisters-in-law: Tommy and Nita Copeland, Roosevelt; Benny and Laura Copeland and Manuel and Nancy Copeland, all of Frederick; five sisters and four brothers-in-law: Faye and Scott Schramm, Canadian; Glenda and Jerry Peevey, Argyle, Texas; Judy and Don Kidd, Tipton; Elishia Brown and Janet and Jesse Duncan, all of Frederick; eight grandchildren: Sonny Lynn, Kimberly, J.D. and Christy Ferris; Dusty Peevey; Jessica and James Davis II; and Christopher Dugan; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Jimmy Copeland; and a sister, Lois Zerr. Memorial contributions May be made to the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation, Cancer Division.
