Graveside service will be at 10 a.m. today at Frederick Memorial Cemetery with the Rev. Vernon Floyd officiating. Mr. Otworth died Thursday, Jan. 9, 2003, at a Wichita Falls, Texas, care center. Arrangements are by Jackson Funeral Home, Frederick.
