In The District Court Within And For; Tillman County, Oklahoma 

Roberta Hires, Plaintiff; vs E.M. Hires. You will take notice that you 
have been sued in the above entitled Court for a divorce on the grounds 
of desertion and abandonment and must answer the petition filed therein 
by said plantiff on or before the 5th day of June 1931, or said petition 
will be taken as true, and a judgement for said plantiff in said action 
for divorce will be rendered accordingly.
