	An average of one marriage license a day, was issued during the past week, the county court 
only issuing seven of the certificates.  So far this month there has been a decided falling off from 
the record-breaking number of last month.  One license was issued yesterday to Oliver R. Beldon, 28, 
and Miss Leddy Snead, 18, both of Tulsa.
