(Tulsa, Indian Terr.), Vol. 6, No. 196, Ed. 1 Saturday, May 6, 1911 The younger social contingent was surprised to learn yesterday of the marriage of two of its most popular members in the persons of Miss Jeanette Arnold and Mr. Paul Bobst. The wedding plans were kept a secret and Thursday evening about eight o’clock the couple went to the residence of Rev. P.R. Knickerbocker and were married. Miss Arnold left home wearing a street dress to further keep the plans a secret. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J.H. Arnold, South Guthrie, and is a much loved member of the sets in which she moves. Mr. Bobst has been one of the favorite members among the young men both in a business and social way. At present they have apartments at the Roberts home on South Cincinnati, but their plans are to go to housekeeping very soon.
