(Tulsa, Indian Terr.), Vol. 7, No. 196, Ed. 1 Friday, May 3, 1912 A double wedding, the first in the history of the county, was solemnized yesterday afternoon at the county courthouse when County Judge Gubser married two sisters, both of whom were under legal age. The two couples were Leonard Whittenhall, aged 18, and Jewel Hunt, aged 14, and Clarence Campbell, 21 and Zulu Hunt, 16, all of Tulsa. The brides’ parents accompanied them and gave their written consent to the marriage.
