(Tulsa, Indian Terr.), Vol. 6, No. 224, Ed. 1 Tuesday, June 6, 1911 Sunday morning at the Catholic Church, Father Heiring read the marriage service for Miss Edith Koontz and Mr. C.R. Hingey. This was the hour of the first mass. The attendants were Mrs. William Eddy as matron of honor and Mr. P.F. Dignan as best man. Miss Koontz wore a lovely white lingerie gown and a white picture hat. She carried an armful of bride’s roses and a prayer book. Mrs. Eddy wore a gown of blue silk and a picture hat. Following the ceremony Mrs. Rosa Hingey, mother of the groom, served a wedding breakfast and Mr. and Mrs. J.A. Koontz, parents of the groom served a high noon wedding dinner. Many beautiful presents told of love and esteem. Guests invited were, Messrs and Mesdames J.A. Maxon, J.A. Cox, William Dignan, J. Boland, Ira Brooks, William Eddy, James Koontz, G. Koontz, Rosa Hingey, Mr. Pat Dignan, Misses Eby Cox, Ruth Bonnell, Stella Boland, Lorene Dignan, Anna HIngey; Messrs. John McCabe, John HIngey, Clyde Eddy, James Hingey, Ernest Brooks, Hugh Dignan, James Boland and Clifford Boland.
