(Tulsa, Indian Terr.), Vol. 7, No. 108, Ed. 1 Sunday, January 21, 1912 On Wednesday, January 24, at 3 o’clock, Mrs. Bertha Humphries and Mr. Homer Huft will be quietly married at the home of the bride’s father, Mr. John Simpson, 1113 South Elwood avenue. Immediately after the ceremony, the bridal couple will leave for an extensive tour through the south, visiting Galveston, San Antonio and other places of interest. Tulsa Daily World. (Tulsa, Indian Terr.), Vol. 7, No. 111, Ed. 1 Thursday, January 25, 1912 Mrs. Bertha Humphries and Mr. Homer Huft, of Tulsa, were quietly married, yesterday afternoon at 3 o’clock at the home of the bride’s father, Mr. John Simpson, 1113 South Elwood avenue, Rev. Frank Neff officiating. The bride was attired in a dark blue tailored traveling suit, with hat, gloves and veil to match. Immediately after the ceremony, Mr. and Mrs. Huft left on a southbound train for various points of interest in Texas. They will be at home to their many friends, about the first of February, at 1113 South Elwood avenue. Mr. and Mrs. Huft were the recipients of many handsome gifts, showing the esteem in which they are held by their host of friends. Those present at the wedding were: Mr. John Simpson, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Purpus, Mrs. E.E. Barrett, Mrs. R.E. Kemp, Mrs. T.F. Truelove, Mrs. James Bowen, Mrs. C.E. Osborne, Mrs. C.E. Lee, Mrs. J.D. Jones, Mrs. L.E. Daniels, Miss Lola North, Miss Mildred Jones, Miss Alma Ivason and Miss Lois Lee.
