(Tulsa, Indian Terr.), Vol. 1, No. 273, Ed. 1 Friday, August 17, 1906 Johnston – Barton Wednesday evening at 8 p.m., at the home of the bride occurred the marriage of Miss Mary M. Barton and Will Johnston. The wedding was a quiet but pretty one. Only a few most intimate friends were present. The Rev. Martin officiated. The rooms were prettily decorated with carnation pinks, house plants and trailing vines. The bride was dressed in white Paris mouselline, and carried pink roses. The groom wore the conventional black. Mr. and Mrs. Johnston expect to make Tulsa their home. Their many friends wish them unalloyed happiness.
