(Tulsa, Indian Terr.), Vol. 7, No. 107, Ed. 1 Saturday, January 20, 1912 Today at high noon at the Holy Family church will occur the wedding of Miss Agnes Chamberlain, of Tulsa, and Mr. Augustine Leftwich, of Coweta. Tulsa Daily World. (Tulsa, Indian Terr.), Vol. 7, No. 108, Ed. 1 Sunday, January 21, 1912 At the home of the Rev. John G. Herring, of the Holy Family church, who pronounced the ceremony, Mr. Augustine R. Leftwich and Miss Agnes F. Chamberlin were united in wedlock, Saturday afternoon, January 20, at 1 o’clock. The bride is the accomplished daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Stephen Chamberlin, of 1101 South Guthrie avenue, and is well known in Tulsa social circles. The groom is associated with his father, Mark A. Leftwich, in the newspaper business at Coweta. He formerly resided here, being connected with the Shackle Drug company. Miss Norma Adams, of Broken Arrow, and Mr. William F. Faries, of Coweta, attended the couple. Shortly after the ceremony a delightful six-course wedding luncheon was served at the Chamberlin home, after which the happy pair departed for Galveston, Tex., for a brief honeymoon. They will be at home in Coweta after February 15. Yesterday proved a dull day for marriages, much to the surprise of the clerks of the county court, who usually count on Saturdays as busy days in the marriage license counter. Only one was issued yesterday, to Augustine R. Leftwich, 21, of Coweta, and Agnes T. Chamberlain, 20, of Tulsa.
