Those who procured the licenses were W.C. Rollins, 26, Preston, Okla., and Aileen Hakes, 26, of Cameron, Mo.; Walter A. Richardson, 24, and Meular Briddle, 19, both of Tulsa; Fred Smith, 24, and Maude Marie Hendershot, both of Muskogee; Henry McClish, 27, and Hazel Stackbridge, 19, both of Tulsa; Fred Richards, 21, and Ada Overstreet, 20, both of Glencoe, Okla.; Samuel O. Smith, 28, and Elsie Chastain, 22, both of Tulsa; and Mannie Campbell, 21 and Nannie Whitmore, 21, both of Tulsa, and both colored.
