Those who received licenses were Thomas B. Brown, 32, and Mrs. Alice Patrick, 29, both of Tulsa; Emil Richard Albert, 30, and Miss Maude Alice Cody, 25, both of Tulsa, and Richard Middleton, 22, and Mary Etta Johnson, 18, both colored, of Tulsa.
