Morris of 1622 South Boulder avenue will leave in a few days for Cassville, Mo., where he will be married on the 24th day of December to Miss Willie Calvert, daughter of Mrs. Dora Calvert of Cassville. Immediately after the wedding, the bridal couple will come to Tulsa, where they will make their home. Tulsa Daily World. (Tulsa, Indian Terr.), Vol. 7, No. 84, Ed. 1 Sunday, December 24, 1911 At high noon today at the beautiful home of the bride’s mother, Mrs. Dora Talbert, in Cassville, Mo., will occur the marriage of Miss Willie Talbert of that place and Mr. Robert F. Morris of this city. The house will be splendidly decorated with Christmas greenery. The bride will wear a gown of blue silk with an overdrapery of chiffon, fashioned en train, and will carry a superb bouquet of bride’s roses. The couple will be unattended. The marriage service will be read by Rev. G.S. Yarborough of Reeds, Mo. Following the ceremony a wedding luncheon will be served. Immediate relatives and friends of the two families will witness the ceremony and partake of the luncheon. After a short honeymoon, which will include a trip to St. Louis, Mr. and Mrs. Morris will return to Tulsa and will be at home at 1622 South Boulder avenue. Mr. Morris is a traveling salesman for Ratcliff-Sanders and is popular in business and social circles. His bride has visited in this city and has a circle of friends here who will warmly welcome her to her new home.
