(Tulsa, Indian Terr.), Vol. 7, No. 25, Ed. 1 Tuesday, October 17, 1911 Sunday afternoon, at the parsonage of the Boston Avenue M.E. church, South, at 4 o’clock, Miss Ransbottom and Mr. Robert Purdy, were quietly married. Attending the bridal party were Miss Marcella Gibbon and Mr. Rex King. Rev. Percy R. Knickerbocker performed the ceremony. After the ceremony the wedding party repaired to the home of Mrs. Laura Fraser, where was served an elegant wedding dinner. Mr. and Mr. Purdy left in the evening for a short stay in Kansas City, Mo., after which they will be at home to their many friends in Tulsa. Tulsa Daily World. They expect to be domiciled in their own home on Eighth and Cheyenne in a few days.
