Rogers of this city and Miss Clara Freeland of Denver, Colo., at Sapulpa Christmas eve came as a surprise to the friends of Mr. Rogers in this city. Miss Freeland was the guest of relatives in Sapulpa and the friends of Mr. Rogers did not know when he went to Sapulpa to claim a bride. Mr. and Mrs. Rogers spent Christmas in Sapulpa and returned to this city the first of the week. They will reside at _19 South Denver. Mr. Rogers is engaged in the oil and real estate business in this city and is prominently identified with the progressive business men of the city.
