	Yesterday proved the best day of the present year in the number of marriage licenses issued, the 
county court handling out five of the certificates.  Those who received licenses were Rodman S. Clemishire, 
21, and Eva Grubbs, 18, both of Tulsa; Rufus Sparks, 55, of Tulsa, and Mrs. Sarah Allen, 46, of Shawnee; 
Frank McMillen, 22, and Etta Triplet, 19, both of Tulsa; and Frank C. Carey, 32, of Tulsa, and Mrs. Malzreen 
Owen, 34, of Claremore.
