(Tulsa, Indian Terr.), Vol. 7, No. 86, Ed. 1 Wednesday, December 27, 1911 WICKISER-MESSICK NUPTIALS CELEBRATED LAST NIGHT Marriage Comes as a Complete Surprise of Many Friends of Both Parties Miss Ruby Messick and Mr. Roy Wickizer were married at 10 o’clock last night at the home of Mr. and Mrs. F.W. Clark, in Forest Park addition. Mrs. Clark is the bride’s sister. Rev. Frank Neff, of the M.E. church, officiated. Mr. Wickizer is one of Tulsa’s well known young men, and to his host of friends the wedding came as a total surprise. Mr. Wickizer for some time past has been connected with the World as a printer, and his absence from his accustomed duties last evening was shrouded in mystery, until a telephone message announced the completion of his fateful step.
