HICKMAN -- Harold Lee , 72, of Tulsa, died May 5, 2001. 
He was retired from American Airlines. He is survived by: wife, Delores; 
daughters, Phyllis VanDeusen, Marilyn Cearley; sisters, Frances Duncan, 
Dorothy Garoutte; brother, Dale Hickman; 6 grandchildren; 
4 great-grandchildren. Internment at Floral Haven
