Jones Jessie L. Jones Jessie L. Jones, 63, of Amarillo died Monday, June 24, 2002. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in N.S. Griggs and Sons Funeral Directors Pioneer Chapel, 2615 Paramount Blvd. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery. Mr. Jones was born in Leona County and raised in Hale County. He moved to Amarillo in 1988 from Tulsa, Okla. He was a welder by trade before retiring. He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers. Survivors include six sons, Tim Jones and Jesse Jones III, both of Amarillo, Eddie Beaver of Tulsa, and Mark Beaver Jones, Chris Beaver Jones and Willie Ray Jones, all of Dallas; three daughters, Michelle Jones of Grand Prairie, and Joylene Beaver Jones and Irene Harris, both of Dallas; two brothers, Walter Jones of Midland and Clarence Davis of Tulsa; three sisters, Mae Dell Cuesta and Katie Williams, both of Amarillo, and Eloise Davis Coleman of Tulsa; 17 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
