 (Hamilton Co, TN) Helen Kelley of Harrison died Saturday, April 3, 1999, in a local hospital. 
She was 74. She was a native of Tulsa, Okla., and was a longtime resident of the Chattanooga 
area. She was retired from Ullenberg Inc. She was preceded in death by one sister, Margaret 
Weathers; and one brother, Bobby Higdon. Survivors include one daughter, Barbara K. Smith, 
Harrison; one son, Bill Kelley, Huntington, Maryland; one sister, Doris Wells, East Ridge; two 
grandsons and two great-grandsons. Graveside services will be Tuesday at Greenwood Cemetery 
with the Rev. Jim Price officiating. The family will receive friends today from 2 to 8 p.m. at the 
Valley View Chapel, Chattanooga Funeral Home.
