Sibley Dies Suddenly Oscar G. [George] Sibley, 59, of Oklahoma City, state representative for the Church Grape Juice Co., died unexpectedly this morning [July 29, 1940] at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Walter Hartley, 1223 S. Evanston av., where he was visiting. Death was attributed to a heart attack. Mr. Sibley was a native of Clebourne, Tex. He had formerly lived in Tulsa coming here in 1912 from Wichita Falls. He was formerly a speciality division manager here for the Sinclair Oil Co. Upon leaving Tulsa 10 years ago he went to Oklahoma City. Christian Science funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday [July 30, 1940] at the Fitzgerald Funeral home chapel. Mr. Sibley is survived by the widow, Mrs. Ruth Sibley of Oklahoma City; three daughters, Mrs. Hartley, Mrs. John Ward of 1547 S. Yorktown av. and Miss Betty Sibley of Oklahoma City; three sons, Jimmy Sibley of the home in Oklahoma City, Raymond Sibley of San Francisco and W. B. Sibley of Barranquilha, Colombia, and a brother, John Sibley of Texarkana, Tex. [Burial is in Memorial Park Cem. in Tulsa, OK --Sect. 7-A, Lot 83, Space 3.]
